I'm a counsellor and psychotherapist specialising in supporting women through IVF, infertility and miscarriage.
I have over a decade of experience as a counsellor and psychotherapist, and in recent years I have specialised in working with women experiencing infertility, IVF and miscarriage.
Alongside my professional training and experience, I also bring personal understanding of these experiences.
Every woman and every journey is different, but I know just how life-changing these experiences can be. It is a privilege to walk alongside women at such an important and often incredibly difficult time in their lives, and to try to make that journey feel a little easier.
If you'd like to find out more about my background and how I came to this profession, I've shared more about my journey below.

My path into this profession wasn’t just academic; it was personal.
Like many people, I’ve navigated my own life challenges, and I experienced first‑hand how transformative therapy can be. I’d always been drawn to psychology, but it was the impact of therapy on my own life that made me realise this was the work I wanted to do.
Before retraining as a counsellor and psychotherapist, I spent over 14 years as a qualitative research consultant in the UK and Australia, specialising in brand strategy and human behaviour. I worked at the intersection of psychology and business, collaborating with senior leaders, marketing heads, creative agencies and government departments.
I also know the reality of high‑pressure working life - the long hours, the deadlines, the travel, and the responsibility of running my own business. Because of this, I have a deep understanding of the pressures faced by women in positions of responsibility, and how easily those demands can erode emotional wellbeing.
I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist who tailors my approach to each client's individual needs. My work is grounded in professional training and experience, together with the personal understanding that comes from having been through these experiences myself.
I am committed to continually expanding my skills and knowledge through regular clinical supervision and ongoing professional learning.
I also keep up to date with developments in IVF and infertility to support my specialist work in this area.
